The Education Committee decided to increase the number of Children’s classes due to the increased number of children. The breakdown is as follows:

0-2 Toddlers/Nursery, 3-4 Pre Kindergarten, Kindergarten-Second Grade, Third Grade—Fifth Grade, Sixth Grade and up

The increased number of classes means we will need an increased number of teachers, especially for the elementary grades. Please prayerfully consider being part of our children’s lives and guiding them in the way of the LORD.

Strengthening faith through learning, growth, and development is essential to a Christian journey. The Education Ministry offers numerous ways to explore the Old and New Testaments and applying biblical principles to daily life. Both classroom settings and open forums are available. These small group studies are open to members and visitors. Classes are offered on a rotating schedule. Courses offered include:

  • Experiencing God
  • The Purpose Driven Life
  • The Mind of Christ
  • Exploring the New Testament
  • Making Peace With Your Past
  • Twelve Steps to Healthy Sexuality
  • Homosexuality and the Bible
  • Understanding Boundaries
  • Small Group Leaders Training
  • Wise Counsel

The New Members class is facilitated by Pastor Viv at 9:00 on Sunday mornings. Watch the church bulletin for a current schedule or just ask Pastor Viv!
