Recent roof damage that will be undergoing emergency repairs:
 

Shingles at peak of the Activity Center blew off 10/29. Felt is ripped and blowing around.  

The roofing goes up the sides and should be under the metal cap on top. It isn't. It is attached to the outside of the cap and over time has separated causing the gap in the tar you see below, allowing water to enter.

Because the scupper has been compromised and the bitumen has pulled away water seeps in. The poor drainage allows water to pool. See below.

The hallway leak was caused by tar build up in the valley which does not drain fast enough in significant rains.
